2. Click "Importera schema"
3. Select child and take photo of printed schedule
4. Review AI-extracted lessons and approve

### Import Weekly Letter
1. Navigate to Tasks
2. Click "Importera veckobrev"
3. Upload PDF or image of school newsletter
4. Review extracted homework and events, then approve

### Daily Usage
- **Morning**: Open app to see countdown to departure and morning checklist
- **Evening**: Review tomorrow's activities and preparation tasks
- **Children**: Kids can use their own view to check off routine steps
